"Our family had a fantastic 11-day stay at Southern Exposure during the Christmas-New Year holiday. From the moment we arrived we were impressed with how spotless and well-maintained the house was, making us feel right at home immediately. The thoughtful amenities provided, from the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable living space made our extended stay more convenient and enjoyable. Our grandchildren especially enjoyed the heated pool, as grandparents and parents we enjoyed the ability to supervise the kids in the pool from the large patio area and also from inside sitting areas. The sunsets across the Lake were absolutely breathtaking every evening. Communication with the hosts Arden and Jan was seamless, they were incredibly friendly and responsive. Every time we had a request, they provided for our needs. They even shared locally harvested oranges and grapefruits which were delicious. Prior to our visit Jan decorated a Christmas tree in the living room for us. For our 11 day stay, everything exceeded our expectations. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better home away from home and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable and well equipped vacation rental. We can’t wait to return."
