"Wonderful place to stay with excellent staff"

"As soon as we walked into the lobby of the hotel, a pungent smell of bleach just hit our noses! My initial thought was maybe it came from the chlorine of their swimming pool. But when we opened the door to our room, the same smell of bleach was present. The next morning, we discovered their hair dryer was not a regular one. It was one of those wall-mount units with a base, but it was not mounted at all! That made blow drying or styling very inconvenient as every time we raised the hair dryer, the cord would pull the base up. Breakfast was just okay, with scrambled eggs, sausage links and patties as well as make-your-own waffles. They also have bread, English muffin and bagels. One thing I disliked was their use of small tubes of shampoo and conditioner! That is so bad for the environment!"

"The front desk was great always smiling faces and checking in or out was easy. The room was okay for what we paid for but the outlets in some of the walls didn't work so that was just slightly annoying but not a deal breaker. The shower head and the shampoo amenities could've been better but it was passing grade if barely. The laundry room is good and love the key card lock so that nobody can just walk in. The pool was okay. Overall I'd say its a solid 3.7/5"

"Watch out! I picked this hotel because it had a shuttle to the airport, BUT when checking in, I was informed that they did NOT have a shuttle on weekends. The front desk was very combative and blamed me, and then Expedia, for the mistake. When I showed them the Holiday Inn website saying that a shuttle was available every day, they said "well you can get Uber or a taxi". A big added cost that should not have happened."

"Breakfast was good. Waffles, cereal, bananas, oranges, yogurt, bagels, toast, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Wish opened at 6:30 on Sunday Rooms spacious and clean. Though weird to see remote still in a clear baggie like from COVID days. The Netflix/Hulu buttons don't work, as thought could log into home account. No such luck. Staff day of arrival. Not friendly. Guy at checkout was nice. "
