"Everything in my stay was good, but If you are s wheelchair user, you will not be able to hang anything in the closet. Also, I was there for a convention and some of the toilets in the convention area had tanks. Many people did not have the patience to wait for those tanks to fill up before flushing which made the situation unpleasant."

"We enjoyed the close proximity to restaurants, shopping and Sanford International airport. The Queen Bed suites were perfect for our family stay because we had room to relax, kitchen to keep our snacks and a really good breakfast choices Every staff member we spoke with were friendly and professionally helpful."
Universal's Hard Rock Hotel

"Booked one night to get fast passes for Universal (did the same 13 yers ago). Easy check in, room was actually ready at 7.45am, but we wanted to get straight in to the park for early entry. Returned to the hotel around 4pm and had a few hours around the pool. Free towels, plenty of sun loungers available and one of the best pools I’ve been in. Just what we needed after an 8 hour park day. Had a drink at the Beach Club while we were waiting for our boys to get ready then headed to City Walk for food. Decided on Hard Rock Cafe, small wait, but ended up upstairs with a great view of the revolving car. Back to the hotel and to the most comfortable beds ever. I cannot explain how amazing they feel after being on the go all day. The next morning we got ready, headed to the shop downstairs and grabbed some pastries and a coffee then to the parks again. If you can get the hotel at the right price it is well worth it if you are wanting fast passes. Would definitely book again if we return to Orlando."
