"Very pleased with overall stay! Very pleasant staff, everyone we encountered was very friendly. Outdoor pool was very relaxing on the Friday afternoon we were there. Room was clean & comfortable. Only complaint was I Great shower. Ordered breakfast to go one morning & easy pick up at the restaurant & good coffee & breakfast. Was ready in like 15-20 minutes. Will stay again! "

"One of the best in Hoffman estates. Rooms are spacious and Breakfast was good. We arrived late at around 12.30 AM but the receptionist was welcoming and made sure everything is in place. I wish they have more tables over the breakfast area. There were a couple of hiccups like, elevator was down for a short duration and the fire alarm went off by error which were all addressed promptly. Overall, a pretty good place to stay in Hoffman estates. "
