« Loved the convenience and close access to the gunflint trail as well as the beautiful spot on the lake. Room was clean and comfortable. Community kitchen was a little inconvenient, but the other guests using it were flexible and friendly. »

« This lodge has it all; beautiful setting, adequate bedrooms for a large crew, spacious rooms for hanging out and a a fabulous deck. We had a wonderful time and everyone in our group has mentioned wanting to come back. We had a group ages 18-82 and the space accommodated us all. We appreciated the views of the river and the easy access to many of the nearby state parks. Additionally, the screened-in porch was perfect during a rainy day and the game table fit us comfortable for some poker...

« I was expecting a whole different view. The room was nice, except for the bed frame which got walked into as it stuck out further than the mattress. The towels were clean but weren't the best looking,needed to be bleached or whitened. »
