"First time at this hotel and might be the last until the new renovation. The first room I was put in, there was some type of humidifier in the middle of the room. I didn’t think much of it so I took a shower and noticed the water wasn’t going down. The bathroom also had hair from a previous guest so I was already disgusted. About an hour into being in the room, I got a call from the front desk saying we weren’t supposed to be in that room and insinuated there was something wrong with the room. The girl at the front desk was super nice and made sure the third room we got the laced in was up to par. Yes, the third room. The second room had a leak from the mini fridge and there was a puddle of water in the middle of the room. Besides the rooms, we were on the 4th floor and the ice machine didn’t work, I kept having to go to the third floor to get ice, not a huge deal but because of the issues before it just added to the frustration. Breakfast was actually really good, good selection of food, they have a Sushi restaurant which I didn’t get to try but their menu looked great. The jacuzzi was out of service and the pool area didn’t seem clean. Overall I had a good time in the new room, there were so many restaurants around the area so that was a big plus. Had the rooms been cleaner and didn’t have maintenance issues I’d rate it a 5-star. "

"Staff was friendly, room was clean, breakfast was great for a quick bite, and king bed was comfortable. Not sure if all rooms are like this, but we did not like the open shower door concept. Kids got water all over the floor and complained about the cold air during the shower. Otherwise, great stay. "

"The Elevator in our building was out of service for 5 days during our stay. The Valencia Restaurant has a good vibe but the service is slow. Breakfast was ok. The water park is nice and the convenience store/cafe is also nice. Internal walk from room to reception/ restaurant is not easy. could be confusing. The isle is also narrow when you have many guests using the pathway. The Room was in great condition/ Nice beds / good appliances/ washer and dryer inside"

"We had a nice stay (2 rooms). Rooms were clean and the staff was helpful. The breakfast was plentiful with a great choice of hot & cold selections. Overall we wouls give it 4.5 stars."

"Worst experience ever!! Waited over 3 hours for our room to be ready. Staff was unhelpful in solving the issue. Sidewalks were EXTREMELY slippery when wet from the rain. Fell & was injured. No one helped. For $1000 for a 24 hour stay - one would expect better service from a Disney resort. Will NEVER stay there again!! "

"The only thing this hotel has going for it is the amazing, friendly staff. Other than that, the hallways smell old and mildewy, and the rooms have very minimal accessories. "
