Hotel trés bruyant . Insonorisation des chambres quasi nulle. Chambres peu lumineuses. Service excessivement long ( 15mn pour avoir du café au PDJ )!!!! On a le sentimet que c'est à celui qui en fera le moins au niveau du personnel.

We enjoyed our stay here, breakfast was great. Air conditioning in the room was weak. And the comforter was very heavy, if you sleep under it, you will surely sweat a lot and it will be like sleeping in puddle of water. We asked for light comforter but they didnt have it. Otherwise it is a very nice hotel to stay in. Staff was courteous and super helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

I was really happy with the service until my last day of stay. I ordered vegetarian biryani at night. I can't eat at many places in Pakistan because I am vegetarian. I always looked forward to eating biryani every day after my long day. However, on my last day, I found pieces of chicken in my vegetarian biryani. I wanted to talk to the Avari food manager or anyone, but nobody got back to me.

I recently stayed at Awari, Lahore with my team. I had booked 6 rooms and requested twin beds in every room. When we arrived at the hotel, every room had just 1 bed and management offered a small roll up bed to cover us. On the booking I had requested 2 twins, but I was told that it was just a request. After a long wait, we were give 4 rooms with twin beds. Rooms are old an d outdated, hotel needs to upgrade the rooms. My room had just 1 standup lamp and 1 side table lamp. Also please do not have your laundry done at the hotel. For few t-shirts, socks, underwear and pants for 7 people over 6 day period, we were charged 75,000 Rupees, which roughly came out to $268 US dollars. You can get the same service from outside the hotel for 10,000 rupees. Overall I didn’t like rooms or how the management handle our situation. I will give credit to members who came to clean my room, the font door security and cafeteria members were friendly.

Excellent and memorable services. I booked for 2 night and I got to the hotel at 9 am and they let me check in and had the excellent breakfast at the same time. I didn’t have to eat outside because the restaurants and excellent clean food and a great buffet. Not exceeding 12 to 15 us Dollars. Walking distance to money exchange and a great shopping area. On can hire the car service see all the major attractions and Wagah Border for about 75 to 100 dollars for the day. It charges by hour and km. About 30 us cents a km and About 2.25 dollars and hour. Staff are extremely polite. Lahore is beautiful but foggy. Will definitely recommend this hotel. It also have free efficient pick up and drop off at the airport. A safe and hospitable Pakistan. Will love to return one day.

The staff was the best part of our stay. Everyone was so thoughtful and kind. They also allowed me to do an early check in since I'd arrived on a 5 am flight. The food in the breakfast area was amazing. Special shout-outs to all the staff at this property. They're really ramping up the Pakistani hospitality standard. Would definitely stay again. Room was very clean and tidy, wifi worked really well. I didnt use the pool but it looked pretty good from the window. Breakfast was so so good. Special thank you to all the staff who really looked out and were so nice and welcoming.

You will not be disappointed
By far, still the best hotel in Lahore and my personal fav. My only negative comment is for the driver who took me back for the airport via airport shuttle service. He asked for money for a complementary service (they need more training)

The staff at Avari is by far the best I have ever experienced. Each and every single person of the staff is very polite and friendly. I was given so much affection and love that I never felt for a moment that I was in a different country. Just to mention a few names, Zahid at the front desk has a permanent smile on his face, Mishal of the house services is very polite. From the kitchen staff, Ali, Shahbaz, Umer, Saba, Suneeta and Nadeem Sahib very friendly, always welcomed me and even prepared fresh Parathas for me. On my last day, Naveed Sahib and Aslam from the front desk came out to see me off. Only thing I would recommend to the hotel management is to change flush system in the bathrooms, lots of water is being wasted. It might not be cost effective but will save so much of precious natural commodity "water". They should put sensor style flush system which uses much less water. I did not watch much TV but lack of entertainment channels is another area that can be improved. All in all, one of the best hotels in Lahore, will definitely stay there again.
