This 3-level townhome is located close to the Montage Resort in a private community with private beach access for residents and guests. This 3 bedrooms and 3 bath townhome is highlighted with panoramic ocean views in the master bedroom, as well as ocean views in the living room. The first-floor bedroom also includes an infrared sauna, perfect for getting a great sweat, and a hot tub to relax in (treated weekly). It also features a remodeled kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, fully stocked with cooking and eating utensils, a toaster, coffee maker, remodeled bathrooms, high-speed internet, streaming apps like Netflix, Youtube and Amazon Prime, a big screen TV in the living room and TVs in the primary and first level guest room, and a two-car attached covered carport. The community contains amenities, such as access to two pools, tennis courts, an oceanfront community room, and oceanfront cabana with a full kitchen available for reservation, stunning lookout points for, and much more. The property has private access to the beach, a very secluded strip of beach for residents and guests. It is almost never crowded and is a short walk to the must-see 16th Century Victorian turret or lighthouse structure on the north end of the beach. Other popular activities on this beach include surfing, volleyball, skimboarding, diving, and fishing. You may even see breaching whales and dolphins swim in the distance. Be watchful for high tide and surf conditions, which can cause large waves. The rental property is also near the Montage Resort of Laguna Beach, where you can experience fine dining, massage services, nearby golf courses, and additional beach access & activities. The property is also a short drive away from downtown Laguna Beach, where you can take a stroll on the main beach and visit various restaurants, shops, massage parlors, art galleries, museums, and in the summertime, experience the world-famous Festival of Arts, Pageant of the Masters and Sawdust Art Festival. There is also free public transit available nearby the property, which may be a convenient form of transportation during the summer season when traffic can be jammed packed and parking may be extremely limited. You are also only a few minutes drive away from Dana Point, Corona Del Mar Beach/ Newport Center, close to Balboa Island and other beach cities. The location really couldn’t be better. Beach access on property is amazing and the adjacent stairs next to the Montage resort leads to several lovely coves, great for snorkeling. We had to leave a month early!! And loose a lot of money!! No A/C! Hot tub did not work and the sauna did not work!! Screens over windows was dirty or missing!! It get's great sunlight and view of the ocean from upstairs BR is out of this world. - Cable/TV, no problem watching laker games! Only nitpick is that linens could be of higher quality/thread count. It was clean and comfortable and had ample sleeping for our family of eight. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. There was also beach accessories available. The location was great, with easy access to the beach and trolley. We enjoyed the ocean views and were treated to many beautiful sunsets during our stay!
