« I’ve stayed at this Hampton many times and usually everything is great, however, this time the elevator was out of service during my entire stay. I’m fortunate I’m healthy and my room was only on the second floor. I witnessed some elderly visitors trying to navigate the stairs. This is not the first time in the last year the elevator was down. »

The other thing is, when you pull up to the area to unload and check in, it's just a blank lobby with no signs for direction.
