Well maintained property with play ground, tennis and basketball courts. Family activities are close by. The condo unit is ideal for families with two large TVs and cable access. Great nearby restaurants. The condo is centrally located: a short walk to Weirs Beach. Take a ride on the Winnipesaukee Scenic Railroad or enjoy a boat ride on the Mount Washington. Very nice to have 2BR and 2BA, not common in the Lakes Region for that price range. The Village at Winnepesaukee has a nice pool and a good spot near Weirs Beach off the road to Meredith, though the buildings are starting to show some age (from 1974). Very family friendly, if not super quiet as a result. VRBO is a better way to go than the timeshares or having to buy a unit (condo resale prices have skyrocketed!), and the unit owners were really nice to work with. ##### Fred G.
