- A desert paradise! Spectacular home in 24 hour guard gated community. Custom pool & spa with plenty of outdoor space. Gorgeous views overlooking the greens on a private golf course. Located on the 10th tee box. Adjacent to PGA West with multiple golf courses nearby. Surround sound allows for music inside/outside the house and pool area. Private detached casita with private bathroom, seating area and walk-in closet. BBQ provided and Wi-Fi with office set up. 3 full bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. The office can be used as a 4th bedroom. Home has 2 car garage & parking in the driveway. Relaxing gated courtyard with seating. Perfect for extended stays.
