    The Space:

    This modern condo is in a great location inside the Torres Cantera complex, and just a short 5-minute drive to the beach. Here you’ll have access to the communal amenities such as the pool, kid’s play area, first-class fitness center, grilling area with 2 BBQs, PLUS the rec room with a ping pong table, air hockey table, foosball table, and comfy sofas. There’s also a cinema room for watching movies in style!

    The condo is bathed in natural sunlight, providing a soothing yet also invigorating space to spend time in. Walk out onto your private balcony with a table and chairs for a great way to start your day and breathe in the fresh morning air with a cup of coffee or wind down the day after the beach with a cocktail or mocktail. Watch as the sun sets into the ocean and the city lights begin to flicker! You’ll have a front-row seat for one of La Paz’s stunning sunsets.



    The main features of the 10th-floor condo:



    - An open floor plan that welcomes you with loads of natural light that permeates the space and brings the energy up. The SITTING AREA offers comfortable sofas, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted.



    - A fully-equipped KITCHEN that features high-quality appliances, including a dishwasher, beautiful countertops, and everything you’ll need to prepare meals at home. Of course, we didn’t forget a coffee maker to help get your day started and a blender for those afternoon mixers!



    - A DINING TABLE to enjoy home-cooked meals and good conversation.



    - 2 BEDROOMS & 2 BATHROOMS to accommodate up to 4 guests as such:

    Getting Around:

    The Torres Cantera property is about 17.2 km | 10.7 mi from the La Paz International Airport (LAP) and 198 km | 123 mi from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).



    We offer a private shuttle service from either airport. It’s best to pre-arrange your airport transfer. However, there are other means of public transportation, like the bus or other shuttle services. If you need assistance, let us know. We’d be happy to help!



    Other Things to Note:

    IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom).



    The TVs in the unit are flat-screen TVs with streaming services. Please note that cable channels are not available.



    Please note that the pool is not heated.



    We provide some complimentary essentials upon arrival (Just note that these are not replenished.): toilet paper, soap, and shampoo.



    Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room.



    Please note that only half of the stove burners work until further notice.



    We invite all our guests to help us care for this precious asset, following these recommendations:

    - Close the faucet while you wash your dishes

    - Turn off the faucet while brushing your teeth or lathering your hands

    - Take shorter baths/showers & turn off the faucet when lathering

    - If you use the washing machine, please wash only when you have a full load



    Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in.



    You will be responsible for removing all of your belongings and any trash from the unit that can be placed in the metal barrel bin outside the house. Any food (opened or unopened) that you might want to leave behind can be left in the kitchen.



    Please turn off all fans, AC devices, and lights. Dishes without food should be left inside the dishwasher. A default will cause a $20.00 USD fine.



    A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.



    Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



    HOUSE RULES:

    - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

    - No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the unit and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

    - No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

    - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

    - No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

    - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.

    - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.

    - Please avoid moving furniture.

    - Pets are allowed.

    - Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay.

    - Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD.



    To ensure full transparency, we want to let you know that the upkeep of common areas is managed by the complex administration. While we strive to provide an excellent experience, the condition of these areas is beyond our control. By sharing this in advance, we aim to keep your expectations aligned and maintain the high standards we are committed to.



    Please note that you may hear dogs barking during your stay, as some neighboring homes have dogs.



    As a precaution, please do not lock the interior doors, as we do not have keys to open them if needed. If locked, we would need to call a locksmith and guests would be responsible for covering the fees.

    You’ll have complete privacy in the condo during your stay. Should you need anything, please let us know. We’re available 7 days a week.
