"Cannot beat the location and the ski valet service was great. The room was nice with the fireplace and mostly updated interior, the bathroom lighting was not ideal for doing hair & makeup though. The hot tub jets didn't work according to others in the hot tub when we joined but was clean and relaxing (I would have appreciated knowing that robes for the hot tub are an additional $50 CAD deposit at check in and not already in the room). Perhaps the most disappointing were the breakfast offerings and that the breakfast staff was condescending as well."

"Pool us too small for the number of guests. They need to build a larger pool and increase the advertised water slide. Breakfast is poor and some staff rude. I will not return to this location. Travelling with children."
