« Misleading Listing – Not as Advertised I am writing this review to warn future travelers. Unfortunately, this property is highly overrated. I ignored previous negative reviews and gave the owner a chance, but they were completely right. This is a privately rented SMDC condo near the airport. Transportation is limited—no jeepneys, only taxis (around PHP 200 to Mall of Asia). Cleanliness was poor. The unit had a mouldy smell, dusty fan, non-working air conditioner, and a toilet needing upgrade....

« I booked this place expecting a regular private condo as advertised, but it turned out to be a shared apartment with two other guests. I had to share the bathroom and kitchen, which was never mentioned clearly on the website. The owner refused a refund when I tried to cancel, even though the pictures online were completely different from the actual property. The room smelled awful, and I was so uncomfortable that I booked another hotel that same night. This was a very disappointing and...
