"The whole hotel needs a massive overhaul."

"We had a decent stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable enough for a short visit, and we were able to get a good night’s rest. The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. The property is older and does show some wear, so it’s not a modern or updated place. One issue we had was the TV—it didn’t seem to have cable or wasn’t working properly, so we couldn’t watch anything. Amenities are pretty basic. The WiFi worked fine, there’s an indoor pool, and there was plenty of parking, which was convenient. The breakfast was just a simple continental setup. Overall, it’s a decent option if you need something affordable for a short stay, but don’t expect anything high-end."

"Great place to stop in La Grande. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, breakfast OK. My companions and I liked it better than most other options, even more so than the newest hotel that opened a couple years ago."
