Private: natural state property 5'000 m2, terraced garden (not fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (11 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.) with alarm system. Outdoor shower. Motor access (200 m via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 1.3 km, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach 14 km.  
5-room house 220 m2 on 2 levels. Rustic furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table and TV. Exit to the terrace.
