Châteaux à La Crescenta

« This little house is very quiet which is nice because it is in a quiet neighborhood and in the very back of a deep yard behind the owner's house. There is another almost identical house next to the one we stayed in but separated by a big patio and there were no issues with this. The inside of our place was very modern and clean with newer looking stove, dishwasher and washer and dryer. The kitchen is small and could be better stocked with cooking tools but the owner was very responsive and...

« We are very disappointed with this trip: the reception by videoconference was mediocre, with a faulty system. Upon arrival, we were tormented by an inoperative room code, which forced us to wait a whole hour outside before getting the room at 11:00 p.m. No parking was available at the accommodation; we had to park on the street, then pick up the vehicle at 6:00 a.m. to prevent it from being removed. In addition, hotel assistance is non-existent. All this only concerns the first day. We vacated...

« Pluses: Beautiful historical hotel very well restored with all amenities. Very pleasant stay, nice personnel, parking lot. Minuses: Quite expensive parking lot. The cleaning of the room has not been done for the 2nd night as required and, as we extended the 3-day stay by one day, that means a "new stay", the welcome mini-bottles of water (of the size of a small glass), shampoos, etc. have not been offered. The room services do not fit the hotel presentation. »
