Don't expect any communication with the staff. The front desk wasn't staffed during any of the five days we stayed at any time. Messages via the Expedia app were ignored. Daily room service is not available. The hotel does not have a coffee shop/cafe, dry cleaning/laundry services, Concierge services nor a restaurant as advertised. Website says the checkin time is 3PM; however a same day email note says 4PM.
The washer and dryer were both broken and unusable. The shower faucet handle fell off multiple times. The bathroom fan was broken.
The location in the neighborhood was excellent.

"We loved the hotel as family of four. My kids had fun in the pool. Parking was safe and secured. We were close to the airport but rooms were so quiet. The restaurant was very expensive and over priced for the breakfast."
