« I stayed 2 nights in a Mirembe cottage- my friend had the cottage next door and we had a dedicated outside eating area, from where we were served our food.We were served by James who was consistently courteous and efficient .We felt like film stars on a tropical island as we ate delicious food sitting by the lake watching a wide variety of birds - it was just such a treat! »

« The hotel is bordered by the lake on one side and virgin forest on the other. I took 3 marvelous meals a day and the evening meal had a roaring camp fire. Staff were superb. A boat trip organised by the manager was wonderful, many lake birds, families of monitor lizards and a flock of african grey parrots! Rooms clean, food good, drinks cold, assistance with travel, infact assistance with anything. What more do you want! »

« Excellent séjour dans cet endroit très beau installé sur les rives du lac Victoria. Les suites sont installées à proximité du rivage avec une très belle vue depuis les fenêtres et le balcon. Très grande salle de bain avec douche et baignoire. Pour bien profiter du lac, ne ratez pas la petite croisière au coucher du soleil avec musique et ambiance. Concernant les repas misez davantage sur les plats proposés à la carte plutôt que le buffet. Petit bémol, en ce qui concerne l’écoresponsabilité :...

« I never normally leave reviews however the team outdid themselves during my stay. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I mistakenly left important documents at the hotel which could not be replaced easily. Doreen went out of her way to ensure i had copies of these sent over within an hour or realising and going to find them in the hotel. « The team was Amazing. The manager Denis was so helpful, Kind and did everything over and above to make up for the mistakes made by Expedia in advance. We arrived in Entebbe around 11pm. Myself, my wife and my 1 year old son passed 3 hours circulating into the city trying to find the Hotel. In the booking confirmation message I received from Expedia stated “Plot 4 Kamuli Road, Entebbe, Ouganda” as the location/address of the hotel. After spending hours and $46 USD.
