The onsens were nice. The temperature was perfect for me. It is a dated hotel but i think the amenities were still good. You also get a free bath salt for completing 3 of the onsens. The staff were very nice and accommodating. You can leave your luggage even before check in and I was able to access the rooftop or mountain observatory.
