9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,146 reviews)
Our Comfort Plus room was large and spotless. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We never checked out the amenities on the second floor. We liked that the location was near Chinatown (great food) and walkable shopping, with reasonable access to the tram system.
Note that rooms at the front of the building can be a bit noisy at night due to traffic sounds. I wasn’t bothered by the sounds but my friend was.

The hotel Room Mate Bruno was just what we were looking for. We wanted a hotel that was close to the Holland America Cruise Terminal. The hotel is literally across the street from the terminal. There was food close by in the food hall. The beds were super comfy. We would definitely stay at Room Mate Bruno if we were back in Rotterdam again!

Great location , next to supermarket and easy access to tube and tram stops. Restaurant and bar were lovely.
We booked family room as needed 2 separate beds and that was only option. Room felt dated and in need of TLC. We did report an issue with our room (toilet seat hanging off) which we hoped would be sorted, but that wasn’t dealt with whilst we were there. Beds were very comfortable.
We had a lovely stay, just wished they’d sorted the toilet seat for us.
