« 子連れで2泊しました。 子ども向けに遊べるスペースや、お風呂には子ども向けのシャンプーリンス、無料のアイスバーやコーヒーなどもあり、とても良かったです。お風呂付きの部屋にしたのですが、お風呂も広く、窓を開けて、外の虫や鳥の鳴き声を聞きながらゆっくりとお風呂に入ることができました。 朝食なしのプランにしたのですが、到着してから、追加でお願いしました。6歳の娘の分はなしで、大人2人分だけ頼みましたが、娘に取り分けても充分過ぎるくらいの量で、味もとてもよく、大満足です。 点数をつけるなら99点です。 1点は、ホテルから出て、その先メイン通りに出る時、草木が生い茂っていて(ホテルの敷地ではないですが)、左右、特に右からくる車が見えなくて危ないので、どうにかできないかな…という希望だくです。ちなみにホテルから出る時はスタッフの方が見送りをしてくださいました。 総体的に大満足の宿なので、子どもがいる家族や友人にも薦めたいと思います。 »

« Never had such delightful hosts. Masao and Yasuko were always available for us. The lodge is confortable and clean. It's a little bit far away from the station and the shops but Masao drove us by car whenever we needed to. Furrhermore, at the end of the day you can also enjoy the hot Japanese bath. The extra breakfast was filling and delicious. We felt like at home and had a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend! »

« It was great experience staying at this place. Right after we went to gala Yuzawa ski came back to the hotel and dipped ourselves into the large Ofuro in the basement. Smoking was not allowed inside or well outside the house so it was the only problem me and my friends faced during the stay but all in all we enjoyed our stay at the place. Place is warm and cozy. Recommend for friends and family or in groups over 5 people. »

« I was rather intimidated by this listing considering how automotated the whole process is. It’s all done with thorough written instruction and an iPad at check-in/out. I felt like I was doing a scavenger hunt on The Amazing Race or something. Stay the course and read everything carefully.
