It was very clean when we arrived. The pool is an extremely short walk from the lanai. You can see the ocean from the pool which is another very short walk away. There are multiple beaches walking distance or a couple minute drive from this location. There are also multiple shopping centers in the area. If you are staying with littles, you should know there are two steps in the lanai. Our 10 month old is familiar with stairs so we didn’t have any issues! The patio light did get fixed along with the porch light. They forgot to give us at least one extra roll of toilet paper, paper towels or garbage bags. We expected to buy more but 1 would of been nice. They did bring more after our request. Pool was awesome and beautiful views.
