« The house was very clean and neat and nicely appointed. The bed was comfortable. The house was in an area that is being revitalized and close to the "historical Noblesville" downtown area...walkable were it not for the construction going on. I really don't have any major complaints but...the heating system was kind of loud when it automatically turned on(I'm a light sleeper) and on occasion, an unpleasant smell would flow through the living and bedroom areas. I couldn't determine whether it came...

« This was for my dads funeral as I couldn’t house all my siblings and their families. Their is absolutely nothing they left out. I have stayed at alot of places through rental sites and they had a lot of extras and the check in and checkout process was easier ever! We even had flowers and a sympathy card there upon arrival. It was wonderful to have this place during a very sad time. Do yourself a favor and book this place! Comfortable beds, great open air kitchen area, fireplace, everything in...

« The description of the property isn't accurate. They don't tell you that you have to access the home via the door on the side of the house. The front door also has a keypad. So i was there for approx 30 waiting for someone to come and let me in. My nephew finally discovered there was another door to enter. It was a hot day and i had some frozen items that suffered during the wait. The whole situation could have been avoided had the instructions been clear. The property manager was very patient...

« The location was perfect for our stay and the property is nice. We were able to use the attached garage which was a bonus. All the amenities were adequate but could be a little lusher. Maybe some K-cups for the coffee maker and some hand towels and wash cloths. Perhaps a more personal touch and a decorating spruce up. Was still very nice - just not WOW! »

Location is convenient to campus (25 minute drive) but far enough away to offer a peaceful stay. Owners were extremely accommodating and responsive. « This house is immaculate, and the kind, thoughtful host has thought thought of everything we might need, including chocolates! It's on the property of a canoe-trekking company company, and we enjoyed sitting on the lawn and walking down the hill to look at the river. The neighborhood is a little busy with traffic, but overall that didn't impact the quality of our stay. »
