« I arrived after midnight. I was welcomed by a very nice and welcoming lady, I later found out she is security. I was rapidly accomodated in a very nice, clean, and big room with a larger than normal tub. Everything was sparkling clean and brilliant. The lady adviced me where to park and alerted me about the free made to order breakfast. I chose the eggs and bacon platter. I was served a choise of vegetables and a varied of ham and salami before my breakfast arrived. I was also given yogurt....

« L’hôtel est juste parfait , le personnel très agréable, la chambre était propre et grande et surtout très très bien équipé. Localisation parfaite pour aller à lexpo, parking intérieur nickel. Sauf qu’il a fait très chaud et que la climatisation ne fonctionnait. La chambre bien sûr plein sud, et les fenêtres ne s’ouvrant à peine, d’où une chaleur d’enfer. "The stay was good. Nice room, clean and spacious. Staff was friendly overall. We had an issue with the valet service: we gave our car key on Friday evening and asked the car to be ready by 6:30AM the next morning but the valet took more than 10 minutes to find the car key which was stored in a drawer. It would be nice to classify the car keys of the hotel customers by time or date to find it quickly despite staff shift changes (the person who put the key in the drawer was not the same staff). Quite frustrating when you are running late and you wake up early to have the stress related of waiting so long for your key car. When you pay more than 20 EUR per night to have your car parked you expect the hotel to be able to know where they put your car key!"
