The room, as anticipated, was clean and comfortable but what impressed me most was the way in which the front staff went out of their way to help. The hotel is morover easy to find some 10 minutes walk from the station and parks.

Great location. Across from the updated park. Easy to get to the center of Sannomiya. The only issue was that it smelled something when I first walked into the room. I confirmed it is a non-smoking room. I immediately turned on the AC for air circulation and the air cleaner for removing air muddiness. I went out for a few minutes, and it became okay. Otherwise perfect.

I had a really good time, this hotel is very near from sannomiya station, sannomiya shopping street and the view from the hotel is also great. Staff is really helpful and polite. Of course the room is smaller but that’s I think the case everywhere in Japan. Overall it was a really great experience.

Not far from Sannomiya Station, and the room was nice enough for travelers who only seek for a private and clean place to stay! Although they do not provide free bottle water, there are vending machines in the hotel and a convenient store nearby.

Great experience

Outside room were kind of outdated, but inside was nice and breakfast was great. Rice, bread, sandwiches, Curley rice, yogurt, fruits, small pieces of grilled fish, natto, eggs, sausages, bacon, some vegetable dishes,etc. That was really nice to have so many choices and taste great. I would love to go back to this hotel to have the breakfast again. I also loved the shampoo bar which was located in the front of the front desk where you can pick different kinds of shampoo and conditioner. I really enjoyed it. I would love to stay there again.
