"Second time staying, lovely hotel great staff"

"It was my second stay at the hotel. The room was very clean and had all facilities needed. The breakfast was lovely and staff very polite and helpful. However, I was disturbed by a male staff member entering the room at 6am, there was no indication that the room was free at that point.. We shouted and the member of staff closed the door. I complained to the reception staff, one of them was not very understanding and could not grasp the severity of the incident. It was not good enough, I felt vulnerable and unsafe and nobody seemed to care. I would have rated the hotel a 10/10 otherwise. I hope a member of the management team investigates this complaint correctly and gets back to me. "

"Good location for airport obviously. Shuttle bus was bookable for the morning flight but only in half hour slots. Food and drink were good standard the night before. Room was nice and quiet. Would stay again. "

"My favorite hotel of my trip- room was the perfect size for 1, (maybe a bit small for 2) modern, clean, the only criticism I have is the “hair/body wash” was the only item provided in the shower- I have long thick hair and absolutely needed proper shampoo and conditioner which I went out and bought- that cheap stuff doesn’t cut it to wash a real head of hair. Everything else was great!"

"This is probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The property itself is great, the rooms, general areas including restaurant- the breakfast was delicious. All of the staff we met were absolutely fantastic. I’ll definitely be booking here again next time visiting Manchester."
