"I knew to expect the kiosk with a webcam person to checkin was going to happen because I was a late checkin. However I was assigned a room that already had a person inside of it!! I got super overwhelmed when the TV was on and stuff was all over the floor just shut the door really fast. My wife and I went back up to the front to resolve issue with kiosk however an onsite staff showed up and was able to resolve our issue. She kindly walked us to out new room double checked it with before leaving for the night. The room quality was overall good. It just find it hard that this could happen in the first place. They take your ID and scan it at the kiosk to verify you with reservations."
