« Gastvrouw loopt voortdurend binnen en buiten. Gepast en niet gepast. 1 douche in badkamer met 2 lavabo’s altijd maar 1 iemand kan die zich verfrissen. Geen warm water ook na herhaaldelijk melden! Gastvrouw wil badkamer binnen gaan terwijl er iemand aan het douchen was. Moest in douche blijven staan 😲 »

« This was a beautiful property with amazing service. Perfect location with only a 10-15 minute walk to town. Hotel offered convenient ski shuttle daily. "We had an exceptional stay ! The hotel is absolutely magnificent (the hotel itself, the park… Everything is sumptuous). The swimming pool and SPA are incredible. In the restaurant, the buffets are excellent (for breakfast and dinner). And throughout the stay, we were able to measure the involvement, efficiency and professionalism of all the teams. Excellent sense of service and always a smile and a kind word ! Congratulations to all the teams ! We will keep exceptional memories of our vacations ! We loved everything ! Bravo and thank you ! "
