Step into our spacious, high-ceiling home designed with comfort and convenience in mind. The two-story property boasts an open-concept living area bathed in natural light, perfect for relaxed socializing or tranquil moments of solitude. The living room seamlessly blends into a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your favorite meals with ease.

The property houses three comfortably furnished bedrooms, each exuding a warm and welcoming ambiance. The master suite stands out with its plush king-sized bed and a modern en-suite bathroom. The remaining bedrooms offer queen beds and share a well-appointed bathroom.

- While our home is family-friendly, it does not come equipped with child safety features, so guests will need to supervise young children at all times.

- While we love animals, our property is not suitable for pets.

- Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially during late hours.

- Our home is strictly a no-smoking environment. Violation of this rule will incur a significant cleaning fee.

- Check-in time is after 4 pm, and check-out is by 11 am.

Property was very nice but had some issues which are easy to rectify with some maintenance. Lockbox was not located on door and we were delayed by 1 hour after finding out the new hidden location. Master bath shower drain is very slow, second bathroom digital shower would not hold temperature and randomly cut shut off, bed sheets were stained, dishes in cupboards were stained, dishwasher didn't work very well (didn't clean dishes), not enough hangers in closets. It's a nice place but needs some TLC.

Pleasant atmosphere, some minor flaws

The four of us had a pleasant stay in this quiet house, all in all. However, it should be noted that the kitchen was completely inadequately equipped with crockery and cutlery at the beginning of our vacation. For example, we had a total of three (3) glasses, two (2) small spoons, four (4) cups, etc. The house is rented out for up to seven people. To avoid misunderstandings: there were three glasses in total for four people, not three for water, three for juice, etc. After several requests, the landlord improved the situation somewhat by sending us some additional items. At least that was something! However, the kitchen was still not adequately equipped by the end of our stay. Another problem was the dishwasher, which didn't work properly, so we quickly switched to washing up by hand. The gas stove also had its quirks. Only three of the five burners worked reliably.The landlord was always quick to respond and reliable via the platform. And very nice. However, we suspect that the on-site management and administration of the property is ordered to a standard which is not really adequate.

Travelling for work

I was in waterloo for work for 2 weeks. I wanted a place to stay that felt like home instead of staying in a small condo or hotel room. This house was in a lovely neighborhood and felt very welcoming. The owners were very responsive and accommodating

Amazing place!

I had a great stay at this house! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was convenient, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would happily stay here again.
