Comfortable home for an extended stay
The home was spacious and felt private. The pool was large and inviting, though unheated. We did enjoy sitting around it and so did our guests. The weather was unusually cool for most of our stay, so swimming was not often an option. The primary suite as well as the living room were large. Nice to also have two extra small bedrooms and bath on one side of the house for guests. The kitchen was easy to work in, the laundry area convenient, with state of the art appliances. Working with Evolve on several matters during and before the stay was easy, despite some poor reviews on the internet. The Evolve employees were pleasant and very accommodating. The only downside was that the property was about 20 plus minutes from shopping or attractions, if you don't count Dollar Stores, which were abundant and helpful. We enjoyed Poinciana Park for walking, Cherry Pocket for fun dining, Bok Tower Gardens, Living Water Boat Cruises, Cypress Gardens Waterskiing (free!), and trips to Lakeland to see the Frank Lloyd Wright buildings and a Tigers game. There were other things to do in Haines City, Winter Haven and Lake Wales, too.

So many problems, but at least it didn't smell bad.
We booked this home for Christmas/New Year 2023 getaway and were disappointed with our choice. We booked this home with the expectation of having a heated pool available to us, but upon our arrival we found a green, algae pond that was ice cold and clearly out of service for awhile. We reached out to the provided contact and we were told that the pool just quit working the day before our arrival. Judging by the algae growth, it's hard to believe this excuse. We were given no heads-up that the pool wasn't operational prior to our arrival, even though they knew it was broken. Let's move inside... From chewing gum on the clothes hangers, to peeling wallpaper, to wall outlets so worn out that plugs fall out, this home needs a bit of everything! This is clearly not a property maintained by a professional service provider. There are so many little issues that could (and should) be resolved before this house is rented. I reached out multiple times via VRBO messaging to Evolve to share my concerns and describe the issues we encountered. I received no response - nothing! This home has potential to be a decent property, but unless improvements are made, I would not recommend staying here.

No me dieron la clave para desactivar la alarma
El alojamiento fue bueno. Pero la piscina está en mal estado el agua está verde mis hijo con ganas de nadar en la piscina pero no se pudo por el mal estado de la piscina y al entrar a la casa sonó la alarma y llegó el policía el propietario nunca nos dio la clave para que eso no pasara. la ubicación de los parques de Disney la tiene a 15 minutos y están a más de 35 minutos eso tiene que ser corregido
