At almost 1,900 sq. ft., this four-bedroom home, part of the Cumbrian Lakes community, is just eight miles from the heart of downtown Kissimmee for shopping, dining, and nightlife. It's nine miles from Walt Disney World and 15 miles from Universal Orlando, the home of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter!

The comfortable living room features plush furniture and sliding door access out to the well-appointed back patio and swimming pool. Nearby, there are two tables with chairs offering plenty of space for planning your days, family game nights, or meals prepared in the well-equipped, full kitchen.

The kitchen has drawers and cabinets stocked with essential cookware and dinnerware as well as a number of labor-saving gadgets and appliances including a range, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, blender, and even a dishwasher to help you keep things nice and tidy during your visit.

There are four bedrooms in this home: the master suite has an elegant and luxurious king-size bed along with an attached full bath with garden tub and standalone shower. The first guest room has another king, the second guest room has a queen, and the final bedroom has two twin beds making it ideal for younger guests! With four bedrooms and three baths, this home sleeps up to eight guests very comfortably!

For home entertainment options, WiFi is provided to let you get online with ease and there are five cable TVs if you want to keep up with your favorite shows, watch the big game, or catch a movie. The game room contains a pool and air hockey table, and out back, there's the large, covered, pool. A private washer/dryer is also included, so feel free to leave those bulky, over-stuffed suitcases back home.

While you're just minutes away from the largest theme parks in the country, be sure to spend some time in nearby Kissimmee where Old Town offers a variety of unique shops, day spas, and fun centers for all ages, as well as regularly scheduled events including muscle car and bike cruises, movie nights, and plenty of year-round live entertainment on Trophy Row Stage!

The pool can be heated upon request October 1-May 1 for guest stays of 3 nights or longer! 72 hours notification is required and a pool heat fee of $32 per day plus tax must be paid prior to check-in

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
