"We have stayed her several times. The hotel is very nice, clean and the grounds and public areas are well kept. The room was clean and in good condition except for the sliding balcony door. 2 issues, #1 the glass was so dirty it was hard to see through. We asked housekeeping about this and they said they would report it, and that was as far as it went. So my wife used a towel and water, it wasnt great but it was a lot better. #2 It took all of my strength to open this door. I realize that hurricane doors are heavy, but this was beyond heavy. I am guessing bad rollers. The breakfast buffet was good, and it was fresh and hot. It seems that the menu had been shortened from our previous visits, nothing wrong, just shortened. And, as far as I am concerned, the Managers Reception is good for the 2 free drinks and that is about it. Every night for 4 nights the food (snack) offering was chips and salsa along with celery, carrot sticks and dip. We dont really go for the reception, but just wanted to note that the offerings are not what they use to be. It is still a really nice hotel in a great area on a really nice beach. Go for the Hotel and location, I would not let the “freebies” sway your decision."
