"Most importantly want to thank the staff and manager who was out of the way helpful and kind. Room was cleaned, towels brought and water bottles were very handy. Very close walk to the beach and beautiful lobby. "

"1. Front office guys are very much interested in promoting $45/day BS. It's literally have zero value. They tried to get a nod from the customers to grab the money from us unless you're thoroughly mindful and well aware of these kind of gimmicks. 2. Elevator - it's pathetic for such a big branded company provides only 2 lifts for the entire block. We literally spent several minutes many times in the busy hours to onboard the elevator. Not sure how they'll rescue if someone has emergency. 3. Breakfast was ok. Same menu showcased in different shapes and flavors. Overall not worth for the money we are paying for. "

"Staying at the Hyatt Regency Resort and Spa was an amazing experience! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the rooms were spotless and comfortable. The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. The location was also very convenient and close to everything we needed. I can’t wait to come back and stay here again with my family!"

"Very clean room, staff was amazing and they had a karaoke bar inside which was affordable. Parking we didn’t use but it’s there and convenient 45$ a night. Same as other locations if not cheaper."

"Where do I even start…this trip was amazing. I did NOT want to leave, the location , food , & amenities turned out to be very helpful. The hotel is just a few steps a way from the beach, so someone who surfs as much as me was in heaven! If you are thinking about it , do it !"

"The location was convenient. The property itself was dated. One thing that set me off initially is that when checking in, it was announced that we booked a non renovated room. No King bed to have a upgrated room. And with a fee. The room itself was small with a dated bathroom. The bathroom had old rust stains on the tub, loose and missing drain spout. There was a dried up contact lens stuck to the sink upon our arrival. The hotel is very dated and definitely needs a refreshed look. Staff were accommodating, no one really stood out. Some even looked bored being at work. This is my first time staying at a Sheraton and there may not be a next. The glass doors to the balcony are so thin. Every street noise and from the construction across the street could be heard too."
