Location is everything and was thrilled to be able to bring our fur baby! It was a warm weekend so the lack of air conditioning made it toasty in the house …luckily they have floor fans we were able to use. Would recommend and come back again! ##### Tandy R. The property has a great layout for family. The only critique we had was that two beds had some odor to them, probably kids who had accidents. The rooms were perfect for our needs, and we loved the backyard for our dogs. There is no A/C, but they provide lots of portable fans for the living areas and bedrooms. It is close to a busy street, but I didn’t notice the street noise too much. There is a gas BBQ and a full size washer and dryer was lovely to wash beach towels! I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we have spent a week during the summer at this delightful home. We very much enjoyed our stay and appreciated the wonderful improvements made to the back yard and deck. The location is outstanding as you can walk to golf, the beach, grocery store or restaurants. The house is beautiful, well stocked, clean, modern and cozy. The deck is perfect for lounging and our golden retriever loved the yard and the neighborhood for walks. Close to everything.
