 The house was nice, photos matched the website. The host Max was quick to answer questions. Clean and everything you could need. Upon entering the condo it was extremely hot. It took a while to cool the main living area down. Once we found the fan remote and opened the sliding door & the sun shifted the temp dropped. The loft was too stuffy for the kids to sleep in, so one slept on the couch and the other crashed in the downstairs bedroom with us, Part of the reason we booked the condo was for the pool. we have two sons who we’re extremely saddened to find out they wouldn’t be swimming, this was their summer trip. although the pool closure was unforeseen. Max was quick to try to find out the reason; the HoA stated maintenance. The people at the pool that I talked to said they need to clean it, then they told me they messed up chemicals and the phosphate wasn’t right. Either way It was an inconvenience and a huge let down for our boys. We decided not to stay in a hotel and stay here to miss the crazy hustle and bustle of the summer crowd at the beach and the pool not being available was a huge disappointment.

The space was clean, cozy and exactly as described. The location was perfect, just a short drive to King’s Beach. The check - in process was easy and the host responded quickly. Overall, it was a good experience.
