The room was very clean, as was the entire property. The staff was very pleasant. The only thing that isn't that great is how loud the road is, but that isn't the hotel's fault. The room was inexpensive, charming, and clean
The office staff was very friendly and informative. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. Free parking was plentiful, and it was an easy walk to the old downtown area with great restaurants and shops. There were also some cool spots nearby to grab a beer or cocktails. I would definitely stay here again.
I needed a convenient place to stay after a plan fell through, and this was just the ticket. A very nostalgic feeling hotel that waves its colors from the heyday of Route 66. The staff was very friendly and helpful, check-in was smooth. The room was very clean and well stocked, the older building design was evident, but actually really added to the quality of the stay. It helped me appreciate the history of the area.
Plenty of good restaurants around if you’re looking for a bite to eat while you stay as well.
Staff was professional, kind & courteous.
Room are cleaned daily. No bugs seen.
Bath towels are too small (LOL)
There are mini fridges & microwaves in rooms.
Stores are close by for shopping.
Trains travel nearby in evenings, so you will hear.. Hotel mostly quiet in evenings.
Nice and quiet. Good place for resting on the way back to Albuquerque

Office Staff. Clean rooms. No bugs.
Minifridges & microwaves in all rooms.
*Low water pressure at faucet, shower.
Long time wait for hot water.
Doors & windows need better sealing. (Cold air gets in)*
Building has been around for over 35 years.
Decent stay.
I always stay here when going through Kingman. New owners are doing a good job and have updated the facility.

Staff was very pleasant and made sure we were able to have a ground floor room so we didn't have to carry everything up the stairs!
Room was comfortable and just what we needed. Only thing we could have asked for more of was to have in room coffee. Other than that it was GREAT!!
Very clean. Extremely comfortable beds. Soft towels

Liked: Amenities
Clean room, no bugs, A/C & Heating unit in room as well as 40" flat screen TV, mini-fridge & microwave units. Quiet area except for trains passing nightly. Property sits on Rt 66, between both the County Sheriff & City Police Stations.
*Water pressure very low in sinks, showers & toilets. Take very long time for hot water to come through pipes. Property is over 40 years old, but still popular on Expedia, etc etc
Clean room & bathroom. Henry, at the front desk was very kind. Air conditioning worked very well. Great place to stay in a great town with lots to explore.

This an old motel in the older part of Kingman, right across the street from a very busy set of railroad tracks. If you're a light sleeper who needs quiet, this is not the place for you. Throughout the night, long trains clanged and rumbled by at a rate of about ten to twelve per hour. I generally sleep like a log, but this was a bit too much. Beyond that, the place was clean, the bed was comfy, the guy at the desk was polite and friendly. So if you have a good set of earplugs, ....
