"Hotel is in need of some upkeep, if light fixtures in bathroom are hanging away from the wall then it should be reported by housekeeping to maintenance to repair. Staff was not energetic or welcoming at check-in. Continental breakfast was the poorest of the 3 Monte Carlo sites I have stayed at (Tang Orange drink), this is unacceptable as continental breakfast items are relatively inexpensive to provide…this is a service that clients expect to start the day off right with…"

"Third time staying this property. Appreciate the location and nice appointed rooms. Bed comfort definitely lags compared to other hotel brands. No on site parking with very expensive valet. There's a city lot close by on Bedford St. Front desk staff okay, although one seemed more interested in their phone than serving gueats. Facility / amenities fee for a non-resort hotel bit much."

"We stayed here for a one-day family visit and had a really great experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made our short stay easy and enjoyable. The highlight for us was definitely the pool—our kids absolutely loved it and didn’t want to leave! It was a perfect way for them to have fun while we relaxed. The rooms were quiet and gave us a nice break from the busy casino atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful, and everything we needed was easy to find. Tip for other travelers: If you’re visiting with kids, make sure to bring swim gear—the pool is a big hit! It’s a great spot for a quick family getaway, even if you’re not there for the casino."
