"Property looks like it has been abandoned, property manager is the WORST, very rude, seemed bothered he had to come to open the office to check us in - complained he was just getting into the shower, asked if there was a restroom in the office, he muttered something, asked again, he answered "No for the second time" what an A-hole. Avoid this place like the plague."

They did send maintenance to our room to fix it, but it didn’t work. We told the front desk that the ac still didn’t work the next morning and we ended getting downgraded to a smaller room which I found disappointing. I have always loved staying here and so Hope. Text time is better. "
