SP201N Sea-N-Sanity by First Flight Rentals

Sea-N-Sanity is a beautifully decorated 3-bedroom 3 bath (2 Kings and 1 Queen) semi-oceanfront condo centrally located in the Sea Pointe Community at MP 9.5. This locatation is close to many fine restaurants and shopping. You will find a fully equiped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances to fix any meal. A Keurig for your AM coffee or afternoon tea. There is a blender and ice crusher for a refreshing beverage or smoothie to enjoy while sitting on the deck with the ocean views. If you like a air fryer, there is one. You'll also find a full size GE washer and dyer for your convence.The beach is just 600 feet from the condo. This condo is an end unit, with views and extra light in two of the three bedrooms. There are also room darkening blinds for guests that like to sleep in! Walk to The Kill Devil Grill, Beachcomber Tiki Bar, & Miller's Seafood, all within short walk!

Free Wifi, DVD player, books, games, and wall mounted TVs in all rooms. Smart TV and an Echo dot in the living room. This condo has an open deck where you can enjoy the views, or have a meal on the large table with 4 polywood pub chairs. All of these amenties makes this the perfect vacation.

Reason for good rating instead of excellent is because there is an awful mildewy smell in the washer and there was no can opener or wine opener or cutting board in the kitchen utensils . Also, you need to purchase some dollies for your patrons to carry their belongings innand out of the condos. It was very difficult for us as we are handicapped.

We had 3 couples on this vacation so the 3 bedroom/3 bath arrangement worked out very well. The pool was nice and clean and was a nice alternative to the beach on some of the cooler days. Would stay there again!

Enjoyed our stay, beds were comfortable, plenty of seating in the living room-sofas and chairs were very comfortable, location was great! Only complaint-kitchen faucet needs to be tightened, master bathroom shower head needs to be tightened. Would recommend this rental and would stay here again

Very nice

We have never been to the area. Stayed for 3 nights. Certainly could have stayed another night or two. Property was very nice. Condo was great. The only "complaint" I had was not being able to reach the plates in the cupboard,lol. We are a short family 😆. But seriously the place was great. Short walk over to the beach. Lots of space for us.

A Great Escape

The condo is perfectly located just a short walk from public beach access. It’s also a very easy drive to the Wright Bro’s Memorial and Jockey’s Ridge. The condo was clean and nicely decorated, and there was plenty of parking available.

Great Vacation Spot

We loved this condo complex. It was conveniently located to tourist attractions such as Wright Brothers Memorial and Jockey Ridge. It was a short walk to the beach. Great place to stay. We would highly recommend it to others!

The property was exactly as represented in the on-line photos. Clean, nicely decorated and well maintained! Outdoor patio furniture was perfect to enjoy dinner outside for 4 and to relax in the evening while listening to the ocean.

Great location and super clean

We really enjoyed the fact that the property was pretty close to a quiet stretch of the beach at Kill Devil Hills. It was clean and had everything you could want to entertain two small kids such as access to Netflix and Amazon so we could access our own movies and shows. I wish we had brought more people to use all of the rooms.

Overall the stay was great! The unit was clean, spacious, comfortable and great location. The A/C unit wasn't working correctly and the management and maintenance were very friendly , professional and efficient in taking care of making sure it was fixed quickly on a Saturday. We would definitely return to this place and would recommend it as a great place to stay.
