We are very proud of our 5th floor unit with ocean, sunset and mountain views. This unit sleeps and accommodates 2 occupants only! Completely renovated and it's waiting for you! Enjoy a brand new Grand Resort Euro Top king bed, cherry bamboo floors, full kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, appliances, all furniture, décor, granite, travertine, recessed lighting throughout and more! This ocean view unit is superior to all others and is one of only a few that has a wide open kitchen and no silly walls blocking your view! It has a very spacious floor plan and plenty of room! Our unit is very clean and cozy and is decorated in island style. We have the best maids that keep it very clean. This unit is painted with neutral colors and is a very homey and comfortable unit. It is fully furnished and has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook! It has very large sliding glass windows opening up to the lanai from both the living room and bedroom. There are ocean views from each room! The ocean and beach are only steps away. Watch amazing sunsets, directly from our lanai or take a walk down to our beach. Our beach is great for running, walking, strolling, kayaking, paddle boarding, watching sunsets and sunrises and whatever else you may have in mind. This is a beautifully maintained property and a very quiet resort complex, which will allow for a great vacation and peace of mind. Relax in the hot tub or enjoy a meal or a cocktail from the lanai. You will have fabulous accommodations with CENTRAL air conditioning, ceiling fans, televisions, DVD player, beach gear, WiFi, cable television, music and a fully-equipped kitchen. The bed is comfy, tv viewing options are great (if you have time to watch tv/movies, etc. There are good places to eat within walking distance, and grocery stores too if you want to cook. ##### Sharon L. Very clean and exactly as advertised. The only thing to be aware of is you are pretty far from the bars/restaurants/resorts. It had all the amenities you would need for any length of stay and the property was very clean and well presented. The balcony has a lovely view which you can access from both the bedroom and living room which was nice. It was only a very short walk to a quiet beach, and the surrounding gardens/pool created a very relaxing atmosphere. The owners were very easy to communicate with, and gave us some great help and advice leading up to our stay. There was a lovely welcome basket with coffee, chocolates and biscuits which I thought was a lovely touch. I would definitely stay again and recommend the accommodation to others. ##### John S. Centrally located in Kihei, but not directly in town so it was quiet and peaceful for morning breakfast on the lanai, and evening sunsets on a beach on the property that was basically deserted. No busy streets to cross, only a beautifully maintained grassy area. The highlight of the property is the 5th-floor "welcome committee" named Barry. He was so helpful! Wonderful to talk to and so many helpful suggestions. He is a retired resident who likes to keep the 5th floor spotless. He was always out there with a broom! Nicer than many places I've stayed for the price so I was thrilled that it was as nice as it was! The bed was very comfortable. The owners communicated promptly and very thoughtfully and generously stocked the place with everything you'd need from soap and shampoo to beach supplies. They didn't miss a thing! I loved having my coffee on the balcony. My daughter lives within a mile of the condo and her in laws stay at this complex whenever they visit so I already knew the location was great. My daughter commented that this apartment was nicer than any her in laws had stayed at. It's near lots of great bars and restaurants but they're not in walking distance. I always rent a car. I think Kihei is the place to stay because it's in the center of everything you'll want to see and do and you are mingling with the locals instead of staying at a resort that looks like every other resort with palm trees. It's on the water so the views of sunrise and sunset are gorgeous. I drove to some of the most beautiful beaches on the island that were 15-20 minutes away. This is a perfect place to stay and the price is reasonable for what you're getting. When I read reviews that say it's not the beaches of Wailea, it's true but it's absolutely lovely for the price I wanted to pay. If you stay on the water in Wailea you are looking at $700 + a night. I was thrilled with this place and would definitely stay again! ##### Allison B. It is very well looked after. The kitchen has everything you could want for cooking a meal. The view was beautiful from the large balcony. The pool was so great to spend time at as while we were there the winds were very strong so some days it we weren’t able to enjoy the beach. As well there was everything we needed to enjoy the beach or the pool with chairs, beach towels, snorkel gear. We left behind a couple of foam floaties we bought and hope others can enjoy them. The bed is well used, or so it felt. The mattress seemed quite worn so we had a hard time sleeping, but no bed ever feels the same as your bed at home, so it could have been just that. The only con was that there is what appears to be a window shade as the head board/wall hanging and it was very, very dusting. I was worried about dust falling on us during the night. That was the only thing that we weren’t thrilled about, but it didn’t affect our holiday. I would also like to mention that the owner is very caring. We were there during the Maui fires and she called us to make sure we were safe. She wasn’t worried about her condo, but was worried about us. I would highly recommend staying here once Maui is welcoming tourists again. We really did leave our hearts in Maui. Maui Strong. ##### Anne B. The tower this unit is in is set back quite a ways from the ocean. There are multiple balconies in view, along with the pool and courtyard inbetween the other buildings, which were cropped out of the photos. There is no washer and dryer as listed. There is a community coin operated laundry. The couch is in desperate need of being replaced. The springs are shot. When you sit down you fall in, then have to climb out. I sat on a pillow all week to be able get up from the couch. That is the only seating other than 8 straight back dining chairs/barstools. A big annoyance is the return air vent is in the living room and it roars, making it hard to hear the TV over it. The bedroom closet is filled with stuff that should be in the storage closet. Good luck hanging a dress in there. The upgraded kitchen and the welcome basket were really nice, and the floors are beautiful. The location of the complex is convenient.
