Great view and right on the beach. Easy proximity to activities and dining. There is a church nearby that feeds the unhoused and we had to explain an indecent incident to one of the grandchildren. Otherwise, we had a great stay. Easy beach walking!

This property was AWESOME!!! We had 3 young adults and 2 old timers stay here, and it was spacious, well appointed, was in a great location, and had the BEST views and direct ocean access that made our vacation so memorable! The beds were comfortable (slept up to 6 in actual beds), and having 2 bathroom was fantastic. This place has been recently updated - the place inside and out exceeded our expectations, we will definitely be back!

The condo was well stocked, clean and updated. We enjoyed the location being on the beach and close to everything we needed and wanted to do. Pam was very responsive when there was an issue and handled it very fairly even though it was beyond her control and no fault of her own. We would stay here again.

Beautiful condo on a quiet beach in kihei

Stunning! I love everything about this condo. First and foremost are the furnishings, absolutely beautiful with a very well appointed kitchen to cook for your family. The sunset views are perfect every night and then it’s a very short walk to dozens of restaurants.

Beautiful place with a good amount of room. Had lots of items so stocked well, kids loved the beach toys. Great view of the sunset every night either from patio, pool or beach. Just up the beach turtles come up at sunset every night as well! Great place to stay for a week!

The view from this condo is priceless! . Inside it is very comfortable and modern with everything you need, We were especially grateful for the beach chairs and umbrella. The complex is small and very friendly and within each walking distance of restaurants and shops. The beach is ideal to stroll along any time of day, and there are plenty of other beaches to explore a short drive away. Would definitely recommend and stay again,

Lovely condo on the beach

We loved staying here! The view was spectacular and the location was great - close to a supermarket and restaurants, as well as an easy drive to most places on Maui. Especially good though, was the proximity to the beach - early morning swims every day while the winds are low and turtles galore! My kiddo loved using the pool everyday and has decided she wants to live here permanently :) Beds were comfy, kitchen had all we needed, and all supplies we needed for the beach were right there. Communication with the property manager was easy. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Maui.

Perfect Maui Getaway – Relaxing, Convenient, and Beautiful

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Maui property! The location is unbeatable. Perfectly central to everything on the island. Whether we were heading to Lahaina area, Wailea, or upcountry, it was always an easy drive.The property itself is stunning and peaceful, far more relaxing than a typical resort. The beach was just steps away and felt like a hidden gem—quiet, clean, and ideal for morning walks, sunsets and turtle watching. The pool area was also a great bonus: never crowded, well-maintained, and perfect for a lazy afternoon.Inside, the accommodations were top-notch. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed with all the conveniences we needed. A well appointed kitchen, laundry, beach gear, Wi-Fi, and more. It truly felt like a home away from home.We loved being able to unwind in such a serene setting while still being close to restaurants, shops, and activities. If you’re looking for a peaceful, convenient, and beautiful place to stay in Maui, this is it. We can’t wait to return!

We loved everything

We loved everything about this place and our stay. The building, and especially this unit, has the most amazing views. We stayed during peak time and the property still wasn’t jam packed like some of the others ones. Our kids spent lots of time in the pool and often had the pool to themselves. The beach out back was also very relaxed and less busy than some of the others. The locations was perfect for all of the activities we did. Christine and Pam were great when we dealt with multiple flight changes and were so accommodating about check in and check out. Their kind and flexible approach truly made such a difference for our vacation and we couldn’t thank them enough.

Fabulous place!

I would absolutely stay here again & have already shared the property's link on my socials to encourage others to do so as well. Beautiful property & beautiful location... couldn't have asked for more! The beach outside isn't really for swimming (a bit rocky), but the views from this 2nd floor unit were exactly what I wanted. And the beach is great for walking at sundown, & looking for turtles at dawn. We also found some turtle nesting areas a little north of the unit... so cool! (They don't hatch til Nov). We VERY much appreciated the w/d in unit (it does make it hot in the 2nd bedroom & bathroom, so turn the dryer on as you are leaving for a few hours). We loved having A/C, even though we only needed it in the afternoons for a bit. Parking here was easy, which didn't seem to be the case at other properties. My recommendations: Don't miss Ululani's Shaved Ice (we became obsessed with the unique Li Hing Mui powder after that). Admire the peacock who hangs out on Nohokai Street. Spend a cool & peaceful afternoon at the Botanical Garden in Kula. Learn Stand Up Paddleboarding with Ken Crasse (we met him at Makena Landing) and hit Jazzy's foodtruck afterwards. Look for the elusive Green Flash every sundown from the patio. And definitely go snorkeling with the marine biologists at Ocean Project Maui, it was the highlight of our trip!

Sitting on the balcony having a meal or a drink watching sunsets was zen-like. Note: Bring your own shampoo and conditioner as it’s not provided. Wonderful booking! We would book again!

The location is great - on the beach with a great lawn for relaxing in the shade of the palms. Beautiful sunset watching with a full on western facing lanai. The accommodations are set up for everything you need for doing your own food preparation with handy BBQs on the property. The host was very responsive to any questions or requests. Over all highly recommended by us.
