« karşınızda whatsapp dışında kimse olmadığı için fiziki olarak iletişim kurmada zorlanıyorsunuz. her gün temizlik yapılmıyor.havlular kaç gün kalırsanız kalın ek istediğiniz zaman ücret yansıtılıyor. onun dışında otelin konumu gayet iyi. »

« Bon hôtel de centre-ville, il manque un lobby et un salon, le personnel à la réception est très lent. »

« Super 👌 »

« The room itself is esthetically nice looking and is well equipped. However, my stay was horrible as there was constant noise nuisance that did not let me sleep. The room is not insolated at all from noise coming from within the building. There is a nightclub on the gf, a construction project below the room and you can hear everything happening in the lobby. Nothing of these were mentioned in the publication. Moreover, and contrary to what is listed, there is no parking on premises (one of the...

« In General the hotel was good 1- Staff and service very friendly and efficient 2- Breakfast could be better i was there in 2016 the breakfast was amazing this time was very poor and limited choice 3- Internet very weak and not reliable better to have a phone with internet package 4- Security insured 24/24 5- Noisy sometimes specially if next room have kids better to have ear plug 6- nice swimming pool not to deep and safe 7- Hotel it’s located in a residential area but quiet area if you are...

« Le séjour a été excellent en tous points! Le personnel est accueillant et serviable! Nous recommandons fortement !! »

« Being very objective: the staff is very helpful and nice, but the hotel is clearly not of a 5* standard; rather a 3.5-4*, as previous customers said. The rooms are visually nice, but not that clean, the window isolation is horrible, you hear the cara all night. The overall rating shouldn't be more than 7.5/10. Way too expensive for the quality. And breakfast absolutely horrible... no even joghurt available. I should have trusted the previous ratings. »

« Bien situé Mar mkhayel à proximité donc sympa pour se poser le soir. Auberge sympa , pratique. Des rideaux au lits seraient vraiment top. »

« Excellent Hôtel, personnel à l’écoute et très agréable »

« This hotel isn’t a 5 star , this is maximum 3 stars and the management allow his staff to rent a room with a bad shower and broken one. There is also no water in the shower , u paid for an hotel on which you cannot take your shower and no one propose a solution. »

« Excellent stay . Perfect location. A 5 stars hotel and an incredible 7 stars staff . Many thanks for your kind and very effective service for all my needs . »

« La décoration des chambres,le quartier et le côté petite structure. Personnel et service remarquable. La vie des chambres est déplorable ,sur un périphérique ou sur un immeuble très vétuste. »
