The home offers room for everyone: three bedrooms/3 baths, and amazing deck with mountain and river views. A beautiful 1/4 mile walk around the lake to the Keystone Conference Center. This condo is beautifully decorated and well-appointed. Deck overlooks Snake River.

    Seasons 1850 is located in the Lakeside Village neighborhood of Keystone Resort. This tranquil home is nestled in the spruce trees, overlooks Snake River and is a short walk from Keystone Lake. We are a free shuttle ride to Colorado's famed resorts, trails, and natural wonders. And we're just 6.9 miles to Arapahoe Basin, the first slopes to open in the fall and very last North American mountain to close each year!

    Summit County offers some of the most diverse terrain available in the world. Enjoy world-class downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, ice skating, tubing, sledding, sleigh rides, snowshoeing, dog sledding, festivals, hiking, fishing, local theater, concerts, outlet shopping, and more.

    But by far, the best-kept secret in Summit County is that there's actually more to do in the summer than in the winter! Ski vacation Keystone

The property is a basic mountain house with few frills but a good set up for a family with two teens and aunt and uncle. The shuttle is right across the property, just to the left (yellow line) which takes you to Mountain House. Important note that the property owner could not help us with, getting to River Run via shuttle is much more difficult. If you set up ski lessons, do so at mountain house for convenience. The parking was great and the garage fits a ford expedition easily. Additional parking for a second car was on the driveway and worked well. The kitchen is well stocked, though we brought our own nespresso machine because we aren’t Keurig fans. We could have used a basic pair of scissors. The beds and bedding were basic but adequate. Unfortunately, the hot tub only worked 1 day the entire week we were there and the jets and steam room never worked. The communication regarding this could have been better. We got a response that they would notify the HOA but no follow up to know whether it was fixed. Overall, we had a good stay especially for the price.

Great location and property

A great location and space inside and out. I was in Keystone for a conference and had planed to stay longer with family joining but had to shorten my stay. The garage is great especially for taller vehicles. The ceilings are high making the space feel bigger and open but does lend to quite a few stairs to get to the third level. Great views and access to a hot tub, paths, trails, the river walk to the pond and a short drive to larger restaurants and stores. Will stay here again when I’m looking to return to Keystone.

This was a great property! Very accurate listing except it said .02 miles from conference center which was our reason for choosing it. Other than that, it was super easy to check in and out, very clear expectations and quite clean. The deck was nice with a great view. Rooms were spacious with nice baths. Would recommend!

Great for our group of 6. Loved that all three bedrooms had private bathrooms. The beds were large and comfortable. It would have been nicer if the living room was slightly larger with more seating but we made it work. The big table was great for dining. The bus stop to Keystone was incredibly convenient (20ft away). Good stay overall!

Easy parking, nice layout with 2 king bedrooms with attached bathrooms. It looks a little worn from many rentals but it is okay overall. Management responded quickly when we complained we only had 2 drinking glasses and no cookie sheets or pizza pans.

Family Ski Vacation

The Condo is nice.The cleaning product that is used is overwhelming when you first inter.If you're sensitive to smells you'll get a headache( not altitude sickness).One of the upstairs bathrooms lights didn't work,also there is a leaking sprinkler in the family room.If you're planning on cooking bring your own pots and pans.I usually bring disposable cups but forgot this time .The lack of glasses to drink out of was a problem.The location is good for skiing.It isn't too far for things to do other than ski.All in all it was a really good vacation experience.

Not as expected

Similar to the previous review from January 2022, the property needs some updating and is not worthy of Premiere/Premium status. We emailed the property manager about the bathroom light in the upstairs bathtub being out. They promised a handyman to come and look. They never showed up. It's extremely dangerous to have a bathtub/shower with no light! In addition, there is a problem with the heating system. Again I complained to the property manager and was told there was a thermostat in the master bedroom. I explained its a carbon monoxide detector after several back and forth email exchanges. The townhome gets extremely hot with no way to turn the heat down to a reasonable sleeping temperature. The property manager told us to open the windows. This is absurd in 20 degree weather at night plus having three children. I didn't feel comfortable or safe doing so. The townhome in general needs some TLC. walls were scuffed and show wear. The carpet is stained and dirty in several places. The master bedroom closet is missing a knob. We pulled out silverware and dishes to use only to find then dirty with food stuck to them. The bathroom door had toothpaste stuck to it and hadn't been cleaned. Overall, it wasn't worth the money for us and we wouldn't recommend it. The space is big but the quality wasn't there especially for the price. The property manager also, was underwhelming. The told us there would be a blender upon arrival and it never showed up. Overall totally disappointed with the property and manager!

Per the instructions for check out I am letting you know of the many damages we noticed during our stay. Downstairs bedroom/ bathroom.. lamp shade broken, door knob missing from closet, in bathroom far right bottom cabinet off the hinges. Upstairs back bedroom… Bed broken, closet doesn’t shut properly, knob off cabinet on far right in bathroom, knob off too drawer in bathroom, bathroom door/knob doesn’t shut properly. Door knob into bedroom very loose. Bedroom over kitchen… Radiator on floor in bathroom is bent. Door knob into bedroom loose. radiator vents bent around condo. We also couldn’t get the heat to go down so it was very hot during our stay. Cleanliness… The property was very dusty and not cleaned as advertised. Overall we were extremely disappointed with the conditions of this condo. We paid a lot of money to stay here and looked at many other condos. I will be leaving a review of our stay on VRBO. We appreciate the maintenance worker coming the day after we found the broken bed and the $175 discount. However, that does not make up for the conditions of the condo or the trouble we went through trying to fix the bed so we could sleep on it.

Great location!

Nice property that was able to accommodate our entire group. Large kitchen and dining area. Very convenient location with easy access to ski areas. A few small areas within the house that needed some repair and tlc, however property manager addressed some of them immediately. Would consider staying here again!

The location of this property is ideal! It is peaceful and quite, with the lovely sound of the Snake River as a backdrop. It is an easy walk down to the Keystone Village, and easy access to hiking and biking trails. Having two king beds was wonderful ... and the garage is awesome!! Beautiful, spacious property! Everything was clean/in order. Nice that it included convienent parking. We would stay here again!
