« Let me start by saying that the 2 staff members I encountered were amazing! Barbara and the General Mgr. I believe his name was Gary. They had excellent customer service skills and are very hard workers! I didn’t expect much for the price I paid… It was only $200 for 4 days and 3 nights! The hotel can use a facelift in the rooms. My room was on the 3rd floor and the elevator was out of service. The room itself was old with cracks and cobwebs, the mattresses were dirty, very soft, lumpy and flat....

« Initially gave us a smoking room, had an opened condom packet, with broken fake nails in the drawer, and blood stains on the bed and pillows. My husband contacted the staff manager to come look at the room personally and they gave us another room that was non smoking instead, since I’m pregnant and we don’t smoke at all. « Ther room had holes in the walls, mold and fungus growing around the shower and several other maintenance issues. I even had to fix the toilet seat before using the bathroom. »
