"The owner mr Osman did everything to make my stay an unforgettable experience. He collected me from the central bus station late at night and organised my return journey to Ankara airport I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and will certainly use it again if I go back .The hotel is perfectly located to explore the ancient village. "Akbulut Konak is a beautiful old Ottoman house set in its own peaceful garden just far enough out of the old town but still walkable. The host is extremely attentive and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious with lots of homemade jams, cheeses, eggs, bread and pastries. We coukd not fault our stay here in August and woukd recommend to everyone."

"Çok keyifli bir tatil yaşadık,özellikle 9 numaralı oda çok ferah ve genişti. Banyo biraz küçük ve dar fakat bizim için sorun olmadı. Kahvaltıyı bahçede veriyorlar. Otelin Çok tatlı bir bahçesi var. Otoparkı yok fakat hemen otelin yanında bir otopark var. Orayı kullandık. Özellikle Kenan Bey'e her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz, Kenan Bey çok yardımsever ve her bir misafirin adını aklında tutup, her bir misafire adıyla hitap edecek kadar nazik bir bey... bu oteli Bir daha tercih eder miyim? Evet......

He collected me from the central bus station late at night and organised my return journey to Ankara airport I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and will certainly use it again if I go back .The hotel is perfectly located to explore the ancient village. "Absolutely amazing. Lovely host and his wife. It’s an old building almost everything is wooden, I’ve had a wonderful sleep. Just a few feet away from the old streets/bazaar. From the time I arrived, to the time I left both husband and wife made me feel special and took care of everything. Oh and the lady makes delicious cookies and sauces! Only stayed less than a day but the impression is ever lasting. Beautiful place and people. Throughout my ten days in Turkey (I frequently travel to Turkey from Uk - and explore places) this was the best day/night spent. Perfect for couples, although I was solo and still felt magical. Safranbolu itself has become one of my favorites - there is something magical about this town. "
