I ended up spending at least an hour sitting in the lobby journaling at a table and watched her handling questions, many guests and the needs people had for her to run and help them. She was amazing, kind, engaging, and so on top of everything. We would have LOVED a hot tub with that pool :) Room was great and breakfast was good. We left happy. "
