"We checked in around 5:00 pm. The front desk clerk wasn’t at the desk. We rang the bell. The clerk came from behind the breakfast area saying I’m here. She had on black satin bonnet and if I recall nothing identifying her as an employee. Although she was efficient, it wasn’t the most welcoming entry we have had."
