"We stayed here due to proximity to our family and the space was perfect for us and our boys. We appreciated the hidden door in the backyard to the park. Only thing we found as an inconvenience was that there was only one tv, so we had to go back and forth between adult shows and kid shows. Overall, great stay and would consider coming back for next visit. "

"We were very pleased with University House. The house was immaculate and well-decorated with family treasures. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect for trips to wineries or day trips to the coast, Portland, or hiking. Leigh is a very attentive host and I would give her 10 stars if I could!"

"The property is great as well as the hosts. There is still an ongoing issue with VRBO (customer service is out of country) but this is not the fault of the owners.
