"Stayed one night for a connection flight and couldn't be happier with the hotel. Shuttle service was great, the room was huge and very comfortable, the staff was attentive and the breakfast was pretty decent and at a good time! Definitely recommend and will most likely stay again."

"Rooms were nice. Flight got in late and our connection was 12 hr wait so we got a room. Everything was perfect except the house cleaner next door coming in and out of the rooms. The door slammed each time. I assume it was the house cleaner. Not sure why a guest would be in and out for hours. Was really looking forward to a sleep in as we got in atound 2am. This was not the case."

"The smell of the cleaners used in this hotel are SO toxic and WAY TOO STRONG - gave me asthma and disgusted my senses. The hum of all the things, the refrigerator is loud, the swamp cooler was uneven and pulsing, the light from the alarm clock was barely able to be unplugged to stop it and of course the sound of the elevator RIGHT next to my room. Lastly, I called to get a shuttle and no one told me I ought to reserve a shuttle for the next morning so I couldn't get a ride back to the airport but if they had just let me know I needed to do so more quickly I could've saved $30 for a 5 hour stay at this awful place."

"Friendly staff and great location. Quite dated with old carpets and door locks that didn’t ever work the first try, but comfortable beds. They need to figure out or improve the radiator situation - I’m not sure if the temperature is lowered when the rooms aren’t in use, but the first night it was so loud it was impossible to sleep through. Fortunately the second night was quieter, but the third night I could hear a similar noise from an adjacent room. Adjusting the thermostat made no difference on the very high temperature. Although not fully the fault of the hotel, someone smoked something rank in a room beside me and it all came through the vents/door and stunk up my room severely. "

"Carpets were dirty and not vacuumed in the hallways for the two days I stayed there. Very loud neighbors. Walls and door offer no insulation from noise from neighboring rooms and I had trouble getting sleep."

"Nice amenities and beautiful roof top hot tubs and overall quality of the room- the attached restaurant was fantastic! Close to the airport to see the air traffic coming and going yet only 20 minutes from downtown Calgary. It was a great stopping spot for transitioning to Nunavut! All in all a great overnight stay! "
